While the Diagnostic center is accountable for the lab reports authencity and accuracy, we’re here to help. If you encounter any issues, please let us know by submitting feedback — we’ll relay it to the partnered diagnostic center on your behalf.

We have no minimum lab order value and you can order for any amount.

Please note that sample pickup charges are location-based, time based, traffic and real-time conditions. All charges will be shown clearly on the Review Order page.

Generally Sample collection timings are between 6.00 am to 10.00 Pm, However Our service hours vary across locations and are determined by the phlebotomist availability and operational timings of partnered Diagnostic centers.

Our Sample collection cover all diagnostic centers listed in your location’s search results. To help us show the most relevant options, please turn on your GPS and allow the app to auto-detect your current location.

This feature is not supported right now. But you can still order tests separately from multiple diagnostic centers at your location.

Please note that major changes to the sample collection pickup address aren’t allowed after placing an lab order. However, minor edits such as updating the flat number, landmark, or street name may be accommodated. You can either contact the phlebotomist directly or reach out to our customer service team for help.
