You must have a valid phlebotomy certification (DMLT / MLT or equivalent), relevant experience in blood collection, and basic knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
There is no hidden joining fee. In some cities, a small onboarding or kit fee may apply. Details will be shared during the registration process.
You will need: Government ID proof (Aadhar / PAN), Educational qualification certificate, Experience certificate (if available), Bank account details, Recent passport-size photograph
