You can join HealthcareNow as a Phlebotomist in 3 simple steps: Download the HealthcareNow Phlebotomist App, complete your profile and upload required documents, attend verification and start accepting sample collection requests in your area.
You must have a valid phlebotomy certification (DMLT / MLT or equivalent), relevant experience in blood collection, and basic knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols.
The onboarding fee is around ₹5000 and it varies from city to city. In some cities, a small onboarding or kit fee may apply. Details will be shared during the registration process.
You will need: Aadhar card, PAN card, Educational qualification certificate, Goverment issued Phlebotomist certificate, Bank account details, Recent passport-size photograph

Your earnings depend on the number of sample collections completed. Higher performance and availability can increase your monthly income significantly.
Your earnings are transferred directly to your registered bank account on a weekly basis without delay.
